Currently, we run a 'click and collect' system for all online orders. With time, and as we get a greater understanding of how eCommerce looks for us, we may move to a delivery based service. For the time being, we hope that you are able to support us through the available ways of purchasing Pemberton Honey products. If you simply just can't do without our honey and are unable to collect your order, please contact us to see if we can make suitable arrangements.
We offer a replacement policy to equal or lesser value only. We must receive your product at the point of sale or collection within 3 days of purchase. Replacements are only offered when the product is compromised due to Pemberton Honey's fault.
