Shipping:

We deliver for free in Australia if the order is over 100$, under 100$ incurs a flat rate fee of 15$. We can ship international with extra shipping costs. Shoot us an email and we will find the best overseas shipping option.

 

Returns/ replacements:

We offer a replacement policy to equal or lesser value. We must receive your product at the point of sale or collection within 3 days of purchase. Replacements are only offered when the product is compromised due to Pemberton Honey's fault. Remember, honey never goes bad! It can crystallize and will need gentle heating to re-liquify.
